Frattin has had his best game as a Leaf IMO.

I'd agree with that. He's lacked for finish but he's been their most dangerous player 5 on 5.

It just looks like he's finally figuring out how to get places on the NHL rink. I think he's going to have a good second half.

Icing doesn't get waived off if you hit the post?

Technically it isn't a shot on net though, right?

I mean, I know that, but it still strikes me as kind of crazy.

Anyways, that stinks. They gave that game away because of crummy discipline. They were easily the better team 5 on 5.

Is Reimer as good as the hype, or did Reimer show up at the right time when the team played their best hockey?  I think a little bit of both and predicted it was unwise to count Gustavsson out of the equation.  I think it might come down to who's hotter on any give day.

TSN's description of the game winner during Sportscentre: "...Kessel falls down..."

uh, yeah.

That's messed up obviously but did anyone catch why in the world the Leafs' defensemen were nowhere to be seen? Cross check aside it was a turnover at the other team's blue line. How are their forwards behind the defense?

I know a lot of people are jumping on Reimer but I think Gardiner was the goat tonight.
