Oh my I could watch Nylander retrieving the puck from the net all day long.

Net chop is the best way to get the puck out. I'm so glad they highlighted that.

I wish he yelled "YOINK" when he did it. I'm just going to imagine that he did.

I get Pierre McStroker for this coverage.  Like knowing who an assistant coach went to elementary school adds any value to the game or coverage.

My god when he talks he sounds like a pedophile sometimes.

WHO???? WHICH ASSISTANT COACH WENT TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WITH SOMEONE????  I NEED TO KNOW!!!!!

I thought he was going to tip it over the net for the aerial centering pass.

I wonder why more players don't dump it in on goal with bounce flips when angling for a change... the worst that could happen is the goalie freezes it. The best case is a highlight reel whiff.

While Maguire's shtick wears on me a bit, I always admired that when he got something wrong he was willing to admit it.  I remember watching a game between the Rangers and Penguins back in 2007-2008.  CRosby flung his head back like he was shot and the announcers all chastised him hard for it.  Talking about how he would never be elite unless he got that out of his game.  Then they showed the replay and Gomez had his stick in the mouth of Crosby.  The period ends and Maguire gets to interview Crosby, and the first thing he says is "I'm really sorry, on that high sticking call, it looked like you were diving, and I was giving it to you pretty hard about it, but it turns out that Gomez really did high stick you".  I appreciate it when people can admit they made a mistake.

Another OT affair. For a series I didn't expect us to be in every game wow. Been less stressed because of it but now it's getting tense. Pull off another one in Washington boys and take the lead back home.
