He hasn't gone back to back games with out a registering point so far.

There hasn't been anything resembling a slump from Kessel yet.

I normally could care less about this. But I would love to see Phil voted in by fans. After last years mess and the way he has played he deserves it. Also looking at 2-4 he really deserves it ahead of those guys

Sure it's nice to be recognized by the fans, but at the end of the day who cares.  His teammates know he deserves it, as I'm sure he does as well.

Anyway, I think it's cool we could have as many as 3-4 participants in this year's game. I was getting used to the one Leaf pity selection.

Makes sense now, I should have guessed the game was in Ottawa -- I don't even pay attention to these things, the all star game really holds no interest for me.  Sort of reminds me the season Montreal hosted it and they voted everyone on their team.

Well, that game is in Ottawa, right? Why shouldn't the Leafs have a bunch of the starters when it's a home game. 8)
