Ranking Prospects 2022-2023

He also has more assists than anyone else in the league has points. Granted the two guys behind him there have played 4 less games but still, pretty nutty. Hopefully the U.S. WJC team doesn't snub him.

Not too different than Team Russia's propensity to bring only MHL/KHL kids

Still leading the league in pts & assists.

So Fraser Minten ripped off hat tricks in back to back outings.

A lot of them are the same PP wristers from the Ovechkin/Stamkos spot (but as a lefty). The dev work he put in to shortening his release time has allowed him to add deception to his already hard and accurate shot.

9G-3A for his last 5 GP, putting him at 35P in 24GP.

Interesting note about Knies from those rankings:
The Golden Gophers expect to go all the way to the national championship game. If they do, it could make things tricky for Knies on the NHL front.

Assuming Knies signs immediately following the end of Minnesota?s season and that the Golden Gophers go all the way to the Frozen Four again, that would leave just three regular season games for Knies to potentially get into before the Stanley Cup playoffs.
I'd imagine the Leafs would still be interested in getting Knies signed to a deal and playing a regular season game or two (or three) but yeah that makes it tough to envision him in a playoff line-up.

In a new rental house and was feed the St.Cloud-Gophers game.  Knies was very disappointing, his skating leaves a lot to be desired and outside of taking two lame penalties was not noticeable.  Not ready for the prime time Leafs as yet in my view.

Miettinen on St. Cloud was set up with 4 one timers in a row on one shift and flubbed on two of them. Did hit the post on one of them.

Perhaps I am being harsh on a one game sample but I am no longer on the Knies Express at this point.

Woll wins again stopping 30 of 32...

Wow!  I can't remember over the last 50 years when the Leafs had such goaltending depth.

Not to hi-jack a thread but with the way players are coming along in the Leafs organization I wonder if Dubas still gets canned this sumnmer.

21 points in 42 games. That counts his 7 games with Metallurg Magnitogorsk at the start of the season where he barely played and recorded 0 points. He was then loaned to Amur Khabarovsk, a team closer to the bottom of the standings, where he got more playing time and has 21 points in 35 games.

Went to the Marlies game last night and gotta say Holmberg can flat out fly. McMann too. They've got some pretty good prospects down there. Steeves(2 Goals last night) is a nice player and really liked Rifai's game on D. I wonder if they sign him to a contract next season. SDA is probably their best puck carrier/passer. He does everything at top speed.
Woll looks different this season. He looks so poised in the net and very quick for a big guy. Oh and he won again stopping 25 of 26 shots bringing his record to 13-1-0 2.36GAA, .930SV%.
