What's up with Washington?

Seems like no secondary scoring...wonder if Mac would suit their top 6?

Don't think it would make a difference. They're toast as far as the playoffs are concerned.

Marchand has 11 goals and is shooting 32%.  He already has shot around 16% the last couple seasons.  Even when he regresses he's going to be having a very nice season.

Kaleta with a very dirty hit from behind on Brad Richards, got 5 and a game.  He's back but was scary when it happened.

AccordIng to Dave Reid [TSN's Hockey2Nitc], Kaleta should get at least a 4 game suspension.

I'd give him 6 maximum.  Stupid guys like Kaleta never learn.

It would be nice to fleece their first round pick, then. :)

Chicago now at 22 games with at least a point after a shootout win in Detroit.

Does anyone know whether the NHL records people will consider their 6 wins to end last season as part of their record, should they get closer to Philly's record? So far 28 straight regular season games without a regulation loss, which is pretty incredible. I am keeping my eye on Chicago.

Next 7 games: Minnesota, Colorado, at Colorado, Edmonton, at Columbus, at Dallas, at Colorado.

Habs lose.

Marc Staal just took a nasty shot from Timmonen to what looked like the eye. He was writhing on the ice in pain, hope he is okay, reminded me of the Berard incident a bit.

LOL Bruins give up 3-0 lose to Washinton in OT. Thought the night couldn't get any better when the Caps tied it at 3. But I was so wrong, the OT goal was something Lemieux-esq! Do yourself a favour and watch it.

Here's a new one. Apperently Bryzgalov was forced to repaint the Yoda on his helmet. It's not easy being green...

This probably ends his season.  Terrible, just terrible.
