Arizona is a one-party consent state when it comes to recordings.

I am "not allowed".
sickbeast said:Just please do not let Guru Tugginmypuddah create the game day thread. If he creates a one line thread again please vacation him or even ban him I don't care.

I mean he's not banned from anything but somebody did ask that he not be allowed to make GDTs...

herman said:This is magnificently petty, but also kind of surprising that Ottawa was the last team to include reporters on their charters.
Also on the Senators? growing no-fly list is TSN reporter Brent Wallace who, prior to the team?s Parliament Hill alumni game last December, had the audacity to ask owner Eugene Melnyk about a report that suggested he had been withholding bonus money from his employees.
Melnyk denied the allegation.
Once the cameras were turned off, bystanders saw him turn to Wallace and say, ?I?m going to bury you.?
Since then, Wallace?s seat on the charter has also been revoked, leaving Sylvain St-Laurent of French-language newspaper Le Droit with one of the remaining few seats. Well, until he writes something that Melnyk doesn?t like.

I thought it was something that was reported on but just flew under the radar because I know that was around when Melnyk started talking about potentially moving the team if attendance didn't improve... but I just spent the last little bit searching and this is definitely the first time that part of the story has seen the light of day. Unbelievable.
